General Information
- Check-in time is: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Check-out time is: 11:00 am.
- We serve breakfast daily between 8:00 am – 10 am.
- Inn quiet hours are daily between 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.

Reservation Policy
- Minimum stays of 2 nights apply in peak season, weekends and holidays from June to October. We may be able to accommodate shorter stays at the last minute. Please inquire.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies vary based on room and rate selected. Please note your confirmation email or call our inn to confirm.
- Our prepaid rate is non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-modifiable. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. No refunds or future credits will be issued for cancelled reservations.
Smoking Policy
- No smoking indoors. No vaping (no e-cigarettes).
- A $500 smoking fee will be accessed if indoor smoking is found.
Pet Policy
Our historic Cape Cod bed and breakfast offers pet friendly lodging accommodations for you and your furry companions. Stay in our spacious pet friendly rooms conveniently located with close outdoor entrance.
- Pets are welcome in the two Carriage House suites only
- Only two (2) pets per room allowed.
- Please keep your pet on a leash or in a crate at all times when outdoors.
- Pets must be in a crate when left alone in guest rooms.
- Pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.
- Pet bathing in showers and tubs is not allowed.
- A $500 cleaning fee will be accessed if room requires special treatment.
